We host many private functions during the month of December…
Family Dinners, Corporate Celebrations and Holiday Weddings!
We work with host’s budgets and design menus suitable for everyone! Reward your employees with an elegant evening out or a cocktail party! Private Luncheons are also a popular option! Wine Tasting Series Continues!
Mark your calendars for Friday, November 21st, from 6-8pm, we’ll be tasting wines suitable for Thanksgiving Dinner! No easy task to pair a wine with braised cabbage and gravy, we understand! You’re sure to find your favorite…be the star of Thanksgiving and bring the perfect bottle! cost is $18 per person, light hors d’ouevres are served as well. Please call to reserve your spot as space is limited!

A three-course dinner, just as you imagined…
delicious fall soup or salad, followed by a hearty serving of traditional turkey and trimmings, finished with an amazing choice of Pumpkin Cheesecake, Bourbon Pecan Pie or Apple Crostata. An optional Wine Pairing will be available as well. As usual, space is limited! Cost is $55 per person, wine pairing is an additional $20 per person. Two seatings will be available, 2-2:30 and again at 4-5:30pm, Thursday, November 27th. And after you’ve shopped all day Friday (hopefully at our local retailers!) stop in for a relaxing dinner or a glass of wine in our bar! Tis the season!!

Cost is $96 + tax, (and shipping if applicable)
We’ll be using Mason jars…please return each week!
What type of soup will I get?
-Delicious. And different each week! We’ll be sourcing local for as long as the season allows!
You will receive an email each Friday describing the soup and ingredients. Some weeks may be vegetarian but most will not.
When can I pick it up?
-During restaurant service hours on Friday-between 5pm and 10pm
What if I unexpectedly can’t make it on Friday?
-We will keep it refrigerated until Saturday and then donate any unclaimed soups to Starting Points (our local food pantry) or feel free to send a friend in your stead.
What if I know I’ll be out of town that week?-You get one freebie…with advanced notice we will make an exception and then supply you with an additional share the following week. Otherwise, we’ll donate to Starting Points.

Greetings! We hope everyone is gearing up for the Holiday Season! We have a bit of exciting news…Lot 12 will be open for limited reservations on Thanksgiving this year! We will begin our Thanksgiving dinner at 2:00pm and have an additional seating at 5:00pm. Dinner will be served in three “traditional” courses, soup/salad, main course and, of course, dessert. There will be turkey and trimmings, butternut pumpkin soup, rich pumpkin cheesecake…a delightful menu! Call for complete menu or reservations…304.258.6264
The Berkeley Springs Farmer’s Market continues at their “indoor” location at the Mill building, Sunday 10am-2pm, on N.Mercer Street until Dec. 12, new vendors complete with holiday gift ideas as well as Lot 12 serving warm soups, mulled ciders and hot sandwiches!
The Holiday Yule Weekend is scheduled for December 4th and 5th with holiday caroling, a tree lighting ceremony and many downtown businesses are promoting “Buy Local!” during the holidays! Stop in and see us this weekend for local, warm mulled cider!
Please keep in mind, we are booking holiday, corporate and wedding parties regularly for December, please be sure to call ahead for reservations as there are many dates we are currently closed for these private functions!
And don’t forget, Lot 12 will be open the entire week of Dec. 26th-January 1st (even Monday & Tuesday) and then closed for the entire month of January!
